Solsperse™ AC3150  

A novel dispersant for wax-based and thermoplastic Ceramic Injection Moulding systems

Solsperse™ AC3150 is a 100% active polymeric dispersant which offers significant technical advantages in a range of ceramic/metal processing methods, such as ceramic injection moulding, metal injection moulding, and additive manufacturing. Typical applications include advanced engineered ceramics, ceramics and metals in 3D printing, and thermoplastic masterbatch and compound. Solsperse™ AC3150 allows an increase of the concentration and flowability of ceramic/metal powder in a wax-based/thermoplastic injection moulding formulation. The Solsperse™ AC3150 should be combined with the thermoplastic polymer, ceramic/metal/filler, processing aids, and other essential ingredients and pre-blended. Process the resultant blend in the normal manner (extrusion, internal mixer, 2-roll mill, etc.).
