Sancure™ 20898 is an APEO*, NMP, NEP, and TEA free polyurethane dispersion developed specifically for the Hot Stamping Foil market. It forms a very hard, flexible, clear film upon drying. When properly crosslinked with polyziridines, Sancure™ 20898 exhibits much higher resistances during embossing and the coating develops high resistance to chemical and mechanical testing after stamping. Sancure™ 20898 dispersion when used for coatings applications forms a very hard, flexible, clear, high gloss film upon drying. If you require a high performance coating with excellent stain, chemical and water resistance, this dispersion would be a good candidate. When properly crosslinked with aziridine, Sancure™ 20898 dispersion has good resistance to hydraulic fluids.
