Styrene Acrylic Copolymer

Carboset^® GAW-7423 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion recommended for high quality, water-based flexo and gravure inks and OPV’s on paper. It is also recommended for High Vacuum Metallization (HVM) paper, e.g., pre- and post-metallization coatings for tobacco paper. It can be diluted with water, IPA or their blends. Normally, the pre- and post-metallization coatings are applied at low film thickness around 1-2 g/m2 dry.
