Carboset^® CR-3090 is an APEO and formaldehyde free, styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion. This water-borne acrylic emulsion offers a single resin for direct to metal coatings and metal topcoats, and can be formulated for a high gloss finish. Carboset CR-3090 offers excellent corrosion resistance, chemical and stain resistance, and resistance to the deleterious effects of water and humidity for high performance coatings that look better longer. Primers formulated with Carboset CR-3090 emulsion can be top coated with conventional acrylic or urethane topcoats for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.
