Carboset^® CA7160RC is an APEO and formaldehyde free*, styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion providing excellent water and alkali resistance for interior and exterior architectural coatings. Carboset^® CA7160RC is designed for alkaline surfaces such us concrete and fiber cement and therefore it can be used in primers and top coat formulations. Inherent wetting properties of Carboset^® CA7160RC enable the preparation of highly filled interior architectural coatings. Carboset^® CA7160RC can be used with Carboset^® CA7100RC or high elastic polymers (**) to improve tensile strength and dirt-pick up resistance properties of elastic coatings.
