Carboset^® CA-516B   Acrylic Emulsion

100% Acrylic, Self-Crosslinking, Low VOC, Nano-polymer

Carboset^® CA-516B is a water-based, 100% acrylic, self cross-linking, nano-polymer emulsion specifically developed to meet the needs for factory applied wood coatings or masonry coatings. It can be formulated at <100 g/L VOC and has low odor. Carboset CA-516B provides a unique combination of properties for clear and pigmented coatings. Carboset CA-516B based coatings provide good chemical resistance, water resistance and stain resistance. Carboset CA-516B based coatings are designed to dry quickly to facilitate easier application and enhance anti-blocking when coated pieces are stacked. Carboset CA-516B can be formulated in clears, stains and fully pigmented systems for a high performance clear and pigmented coatings finishes.
