Carboset^® 3066 is a water-based acrylic emulsion specifically developed as an elastomeric polymer for primers and topcoats. It has low content of volatile amine, and it can meet JC 1066—2008 in China. Carboset^® 3066 has superior tensile strength in combination with high elongation capability. This makes it a superior product for roof coatings, as high elongation capability enables it to withstand the mechanical stresses imposed by the substrate while its low Tg allows for a broad range of application climates.
