Naturally-derived, very low 1,4 dioxane SLES surfactant for high-end cleansing products

Sulfochem™ ES-2PDXK surfactant is a naturally-derived, excellent flash foamer and primary cleansing surfactant typically used in clear or pearlescent shampoos, cleansers, and bath and shower products when high foam volume is desired. This product has a 1,4 dioxane spec of 8ppm maximum.

Recommended Use level: Recommended use level is 12 to 55 wt% as supplied as a primary surfactant and 5 to 12 wt% as supplied as a secondary surfactant.

  • Formulates easily with various betaines, sulfosuccinates, amides, and amine oxides to develop personal care cleansing products with high viscosities and excellent foaming characteristics
