A mild cleansing surfactant that provide emolliency in personal care products.
Chemonic™ LI-7 surfactant is a low irritation, water-soluble nonionic surfactant derived from coconut oil. It is an especially mild cleansing agent, viscosity builder and solubilizer. It is a good choice for baby shampoos, body washes, sensitive skin and other mild personal care products which require very low levels of skin and eye irritation. It is compatible with other non-ionic surfactants and most anionic and cationic surfactants.
