TempRite® Engineered Materials are an ideal replacement for standard vinyl solutions in certain exterior applications, where heat distortion and dimensional stability can become serious problems, particularly in dark colours.
Our products offer Heat Distortion Temperatures of up to 105⁰C and Vicat Softening Points of up to 127⁰C, which represents a 37% increase in heat stability over conventional PVC materials.
Typical applications requiring heat-resistance include windows and doors, fencing and railing, siding, gutters and light fixture assemblies.
