Lubrizol Honored as a Great Place to Work

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- As The Lubrizol Corporation celebrates its 90th anniversary, the company is honored to have been recognized as an outstanding workplace by three separate organizations in the last few months. In August, Lubrizol was once again recognized as a NorthCoast 99 winner, as it has been every year since 2002. The award considers compensation, employment policies, benefits, work/life balance, communication, professional development and culture. A cross-section of Northeast Ohio-based employees is surveyed, and the results are determined based on research focused on what top performers want and expect in a workplace.

The company is also pleased to have been named one of the top 10 large workplaces in the greater Cleveland area. The annual award from The Plain Dealer, a Cleveland-based newspaper, identifies the best places to work based solely on the confidential opinions of employees. Based on responses from employees at its Northeast Ohio facilities, Lubrizol ranked ninth on the large company list. Lubrizol has ranked among the top 10 workplaces every year since 2010.

Additionally, in May 2018, Lubrizol was privileged to be ranked as number #6 on Forbes Magazine's list of America's best midsize employers. Forbes partners with a market research company to anonymously interview employees to determine which companies are included on the list.
