Education: Master’s and bachelor’s degree in chemical science and engineering from the National Graduate School of Chemistry of Montpellier (ENSCM), France.

Focus: Florence provides technical support to our customers across beauty categories and leads applications studies targeting polymer science and structure/properties relationships to develop innovative and high-performance skin care formulations. She also helps to increase our sustainable ingredient expertise in the areas of natural stabilizers and texturizing agents.
Recent accomplishments: She led the development of our Eco-Conscious Beauty and SensiNat™ concept, the natural technology booster for creating skin care textures with sustainable ingredients and high natural content. Florence also presented PemuPur™ START polymer, a new natural polymeric emulsifier, at in-cosmetics® Global Innovation Zone in Paris, April 2022. The polymer won the Gold Award for innovative functional ingredient and the second place BSB Innovation Awards® Cosmetics 2022, most innovative raw material/functional category.
