Shuja Ishrat

Shuja Ishrat is Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. In this role, he drives operational excellence, helping Lubrizol continually innovate and solve its customers’ most complex challenges through information solutions.

Shuja has extensive experience with global business systems development and transformation. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Information Technology at Jabil, a solutions company providing advanced manufacturing and technology services. There, he led the digital transformation to convert sites into smart factories and was responsible for business relationships, IT strategy, enterprise applications, data and analytics for the Jabil Regulated Industry segment globally.

Prior to Jabil, Shuja had 20-plus years of IT management and leadership success at global companies like Bell Helicopter (Textron company), PepsiCo, IBM and PWC. Throughout his career, Shuja has brought strong synergy between business and technology to drive cross-functional innovation and produce impactful measurable results.

Shuja earned a Master of Science in IT Management from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Aligarh, India.
