Davies Walker

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

G. Davies Walker is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s financial compliance and reporting, accounting, cash management, budgeting, working capital management, and financial planning and analysis.  

With a more than 20-year career rooted in finance and business management, Davies has extensive experience leading multi-billion-dollar global manufacturing businesses to achieve financial growth and profitability targets.  

Before joining Lubrizol, he served as Vice President and CFO for Honeywell Process Solutions, where he had full financial oversight of the global business. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for the business unit. Under his leadership, he drove business optimization projects to align resource allocation for growth and productivity. 

Prior to Honeywell Process Solutions, Davies was Vice President and CFO of Honeywell UOP, where he established financial reporting tools that identified opportunities for profit improvement through price and budget management. 

He held several other leadership roles at Honeywell UOP, including Director of Catalysts, Adsorbents & Specialties, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and CFO of Renewable Energy & Chemicals. 

Davies earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mandarin Chinese, a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Brigham Young University.
